Provide support to the senior claim brokers with administrative tasks
- Provide claims handling service to clients and intermediaries within established service standards to deliver a positive experience to clients and intermediaries
- Responsible for day-to-day claims operation

**Job Requirements**
- Manage and attend to all claims request, process and monitor all claims to settlement
- Ensure all claims documentation and procedures adhere to the Company policies and procedures
- Exercise prudence in claims processing and approval
- Acknowledge, register and process claims within stipulated timeframes
- Liaise with insurers and clients on all documentation and information required for settlement of claims
- Provide regular updates and correspond with claimants, intermediaries, loss adjustors, relevant authorities for a speedy and accurate conclusion of the claim
- Ensure prompt, fair and reasonable claim settlement
- Review outstanding files
- Ensure all claims are entered accurately into the system and diarised for follow up
- Collate claims statistics/data for management reporting

**Skills Required**:

- Ability to prioritise and organise own workload
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to liaise with colleagues when appropriate.
- Ability to develop and sustain relationships with both internal and external parties.
- Confident and possess effective written and oral communication skills.
