We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized claims administrator to join our team.
Job Description:The successful candidate will be responsible for processing insurance claims, ensuring timely completion of tasks, and maintaining accurate records. Key responsibilities include:
- Processing claims according to established procedures
- Data entry and cleaning of client information
- Verifying documentation and ensuring it meets requirements
- Archiving scanned documents and uploading them into the correct folder
- Preparing and updating data reports on daily, weekly, and monthly frequencies
Additionally, the successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless communication and accurate dissemination of information.
Required Skills and Qualifications:To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Intermediate to advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and V Lookup functions
- Minimum diploma with 1-2 years of experience in life insurance backroom operations
- Relevant insurance certifications, such as M5 or M9, are highly preferred
