Key Responsibilities:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for handling phone enquiries and following up independently, ensuring that all communications are responded to promptly and professionally. You will also be responsible for managing databases using MS Office and Google Sheets, maintaining accurate records and reports, and providing administrative support as needed.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must have at least 1 year of experience working in an administrative capacity, preferably in a fast-paced environment. You should be proficient in MS Office and Google Sheets, with excellent computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly. Additionally, you should possess a mature personality, be proactive, meticulous, and a fast worker, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Working Arrangements:
This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 9am to 6:30pm. The successful candidate will be required to work immediately and commit to a minimum of 3-6 months. A GCE O level qualification or equivalent is preferred but not essential.
