Job Title: Strategic Talent Development Manager

This is a dynamic role that will challenge you to develop and implement strategies which drive business success through effective leadership development, succession planning, and talent management. As a key member of the HR team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and abilities of our leaders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive leadership development strategy that aligns with business objectives
  • Identifying and developing high-potential employees to meet future leadership needs
  • Collaborating with senior leaders to design and deliver executive development programs
  • Designing and implementing succession planning processes to ensure continuity of leadership
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to drive business results

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in leadership development or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to think strategically and drive business results
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with senior leaders
