**Job Title:** Technical Programme Coordinator
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Technical Programme Coordinator.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating work schedules with customers to ensure efficient project delivery. This includes generating daily work plans, monitoring and rectifying deferred defects, and coordinating task assignments within the Line Maintenance Division.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent time management abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate daily work plans for all scheduled activities to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Monitor and rectify deferred defects promptly, maintaining high-quality standards.
Coordinate task assignments within the Line Maintenance Division, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration.
Work closely with operational sections to ensure task acceptance and completion, upholding accountability and transparency.
Update various reports in a timely manner, providing accurate information to stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A diploma in any Engineering discipline or degree in any Engineering discipline for Non-Singaporeans.
Fluent English skills with excellent communication abilities.
A strong interest in technical roles within aviation.
Experience is welcome but not required.
