- Develop and implement effective clinical assessment, analysis, and treatment plans to address individual patient needs.
- Apply evidence-based practice to plan, implement, evaluate, and progress patient care to maximize health status.
- Manage complex and challenging cases, using sound judgment and expertise to deliver optimal outcomes.
- Maintain and manage department caseload/workload effectively and efficiently, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
- Communicate and collaborate with multidisciplinary staff to enhance patient care and achieve shared goals.
- Demonstrate knowledge and proficiency of occupational therapy services modalities and techniques.
- Orientate, supervise, and advise staff as needed, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Job Requirements:
Essential Skills and Qualifications- Full registration with the appropriate governing body.
- Postgraduate degree in physiotherapy or related field.
- Demonstrated expertise in delivering high-quality patient care and providing informed advice on physiotherapy services.
