Senior Physiotherapy Professional

We are seeking an experienced and skilled physiotherapist to join our team as a senior professional. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, treating, and evaluating residents/clients with various disabilities for optimal care.
Key Responsibilities:
- To conduct thorough assessments of residents/clients and develop individualized treatment plans that meet their unique needs.
- To provide high-quality physiotherapy services, including exercises, stretches, and manual therapies, to help residents/clients regain mobility and independence.
- To work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, allied health professionals, and operations teams, to ensure seamless delivery of care.
- To participate in quality improvement and quality assurance projects to enhance the overall quality of care.
- To lead training sessions for therapists, support staff, and other healthcare professionals to promote best practices and knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in physiotherapy, preferably in a nursing home setting.
- Diploma/Degree in a related discipline, such as physiotherapy or a related field.
- Full registration with the Allied Health Professional Council (AHPC).
- Completed AHPC's training for supervisors on the Supervised Practice Guidelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with elderly clients/residents.
