Job Title:

Senior Physiotherapist

Job Description:

The role of the Senior Physiotherapist is to provide high-quality physiotherapy services to patients in a transitional care facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, running and coordinating physiotherapy rehab services in coordination with the Rehab Manager and Occupational Therapist.

  • Conduct assessments for patients during admission and periodic reviews.
  • Institute an appropriate and effective treatment plan.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions with the TCF care team.
  • Contribute to formulation and follow-up of patients' individual care plan (ICP) to ensure holistic health and care coverage.
  • Plan and conduct group therapy programmes and activities for patients.
  • Take care of proper documentation of therapy records.

This position requires a highly skilled and experienced physiotherapist who can work effectively in a dynamic environment and prioritize patient needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • A Bachelor degree or Diploma in Physiotherapy.
  • Qualified and registered with AHPC.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in a hospital or eldercare institution.
  • Possess a passionate disposition to interact and care for seniors.
  • Office working hours.
  • Location - East.
