Job Description:

Physiotherapy Expert

As a highly skilled Physiotherapy Expert, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional patient care and providing expert advice on physiotherapy and occupational therapy services. You will be responsible for maintaining consistent expertise in physiotherapy and related domains, demonstrating accountability for work quality within the profession, and ensuring accurate patient documentation, records, and statistics to reflect care provided and meet professional standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct clinical assessments, analyses, and diagnoses autonomously to determine patient needs for physiotherapy or occupational therapy intervention within specialist areas.
  • Apply evidence-based practice to plan, implement, evaluate, treat, and progress patient care autonomously to maximize health outcomes.
  • Manage complex and challenging cases effectively within areas of specialty.
  • Maintain and manage department caseloads efficiently.
  • Communicate recommendations to healthcare teams, patients, and family members to optimize patient care.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you must possess a degree in Physiotherapy and be fully registered with The Allied Health Professions Council. Additionally, you should demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and providing good advice on physiotherapy and occupational therapy services.
