Job Title: Financial Operations Support Specialist

Description: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support the financial operations of our learning centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, maintaining accurate financial records, and communicating with families regarding payments and schedules.

  • Main Responsibilities: Provide general administrative support, prepare and maintain accurate billing and invoicing records, carry out daily recordkeeping duties, communicate with families, and assist with various ad hoc tasks.

Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; minimum 2 years' experience in Accounting or Finance; strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite; high level of attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping; good communication and interpersonal skills.

Benefits: Working hours: 5 working days (Tuesday - Saturday, 8.30am - 6.00pm); work location: 458A Joo Chiat Road, nearest MRT TE (Marine Parade).
