IT Service Desk Operations Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional IT Service Desk Analyst to join our team at Altrad Services Singapore PTE. LTD. This exciting opportunity will see you play a pivotal role in providing top-notch support to our users, ensuring seamless system implementation and maintenance.
As the IT Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical assistance, resolving complex issues, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive business success.
Key Responsibilities- Provide timely and effective first-line support to our user base across various systems and applications.
- Collaborate with ICT Engineering Teams to implement new systems and optimize existing ones, ensuring they meet evolving business requirements.
- Manage and prioritize support requests from local and remote users, escalating issues as necessary.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software, hardware, and connectivity problems, applying knowledge of ITIL best practices.
- Liaise with staff through various processes to set up systems and resolve issues, maintaining confidentiality where required.
- Strong technical acumen, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities to drive excellence and efficiency.
- Experience working with ICT systems, technical development, testing, and system implementation.
- Understanding of database technologies, regulatory requirements, and data management principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Demonstrable ability to thrive in a fast-paced, globally integrated business environment.
