About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a highly skilled Energy Efficiency Specialist. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for conducting energy audits, identifying opportunities for improvement, and providing technical solutions to optimize chiller plant performance.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering or a related field, with experience in energy efficiency projects and a proven track record of delivering results.
In this role, you will work closely with our Business Development team to provide technical expertise during site visits and support project planning and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive energy audits and assessments of chiller plant systems
- Identify energy efficiency improvement opportunities and recommend actionable solutions
- Perform cost-benefit analysis to evaluate the feasibility and financial impact of proposed energy-saving measures
- Ensure all technical solutions align with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to support project planning and client engagement
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Certification as an Energy Efficiency Specialist (EES) is mandatory
- 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in energy efficiency projects
- Proven track record of successfully delivering energy audits and implementing efficiency improvements
- Strong technical expertise and knowledge of best practices, standards, and regulations in the cooling industry
