Job Title: Energy Management Specialist
">The Facility Engineer role is a critical position in our organization, responsible for overseeing the overall efficiency and functionality of the facility. This includes guiding a team of facility supervisors and technicians, planning and implementing maintenance schedules and protocols for both plant facilities and equipment.
">This position demands strong leadership skills, collaboration with internal departments and external vendors to manage repairs, maintenance projects, and energy-related upgrades. Regular facility inspections are essential to identify maintenance needs, while introducing and executing the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program is also a critical responsibility.
">Ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards is crucial, along with addressing any facility-related concerns promptly. The role focuses on developing and executing energy efficiency programs, analyzing consumption data, and leading sustainability initiatives to promote energy conservation within the plant.
">Requirements:
">- Preferred degrees in engineering disciplines.
- Experience in facilities management, engineering, or related fields.
- Possessing the Singapore Certified Energy Manager Certification (Professional) is an advantage.
