Key Responsibilities:
• Perform thorough product inspections and testing to verify performance and compliance with standards.
• Prepare detailed reports on product performance, test findings, and corrective measures.

• Collaborate with suppliers to resolve product concerns and enhance overall performance.
• Provide expert technical support to customers, addressing inquiries and complaints both on-site and remotely.

Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field).
• Solid understanding of quality control processes, product testing, and defect analysis.
• Proficient in technical report writing and effective communication.
• Experience in supplier management and resolving product-related issues.
• Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
