Job Title: Technical Excellence Specialist

At the heart of our operations, we have a key role that demands exceptional technical expertise. This is a challenging position centered around delivering high-quality support and services to our clients.

  • We collaborate closely with our service management team to provide input for client communications, including appraisals, assessments, and post-service feedback.
  • We coordinate service schedules with project managers, sales associates, and customers to ensure timely completion of contractual deadlines and technical specifications.
  • We develop and implement training programs for staff and customers on operational and maintenance procedures.
  • We conduct warranty investigations by identifying issue sources and providing recommendations for headquarters.
  • We collect market and technical information from service engagements to inform sales prospects and ongoing service improvement activities.
  • We execute complex commissioning, standard maintenance, repairs, overhauls, and troubleshooting on engines, turbochargers, auxiliary systems, and related equipment.
  • We assist with technical planning for service assignments, including spare part requirements and tool verification.
  • We perform thorough risk assessments before commencing work and adhere to industry health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • We coach and supervise less experienced technicians during maintenance, commissioning, and performance testing duties.
  • We analyze defects, decide corrective actions, and implement technical solutions on-site.
Key Qualifications:
  • A strong understanding and commitment to health and safety protocols are essential.
  • Techincal proficiency in Product Center areas such as two- and four-stroke engines, turbochargers, propulsion systems, and on-site recovery is required.
  • A minimum of three years of relevant experience, especially in heavy equipment, maritime, or power plant industries, is necessary.
  • Practical experience with mechanical and automation systems, including troubleshooting, commissioning, and field service work, is expected.
