Senior Technical Leader Job Description

The position of Senior Technical Leader is a senior role responsible for overseeing technical support to project and site teams.

This includes coordinating construction activities, reviewing and resolving technical problems, and ensuring compliance with client and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of design engineers in collaboration with consultants to ensure design drawings meet regulatory standards.
  • Review and provide solutions to technical issues, planning, monitoring, and reporting work progress for building and civil projects.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager/Project Director on overall planning, BIM coordination, construction methodology, and checking of drawings.
  • Conduct regular meetings to set goals and targets, and resolve conflicts and discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Maintain effective working relationships with all parties and communicate clearly with other departments.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or relevant field.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated track record in construction projects.
