Key Responsibilities- Contract Administration: Manage and administer contracts from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Procurement and Contracting: Coordinate and manage the procurement process, including call for quotations, review and evaluation of bids, and awarding of contracts.
- Cost Control and Management: Prepare and manage progress claims, final claims, and invoices, ensuring accurate and timely payment to subcontractors and clients.
- Communication and Liaison: Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and resolution of issues.
- Contract Drafting and Review: Prepare and review contracts, including tender documents, contract agreements, and other related documents.
- Education: Min. Diploma of relevant discipline or equivalent.
- Experience: Min. 5 yrs experience in civil engineering industry.
- Skills: Knowledge of Contracts Law and SOP, negotiation, construction, quantity surveying, invoicing, administration, estimates, procurement, subcontracting, civil engineering, tendering, pricing, sourcing, cost control, and able to work independently.
