Contract Management Assistant/ Executive

Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the legal team and other business units, with a focus on contract preparation and management;
- Assist in all aspects of contracts preparation and management, including handling, preparing and drafting documents, agreements, letters, corporate resolutions, conducting research, administration, management and monitoring of all contracts and corporate documents;
- Handle a fair amount of administrative tasks and incidental documentation matters necessary to ensure compliance with corporate policy and standard operating procedures;
- Liaise with other departments, overseas counterparts, and external parties where necessary;
- Any other ad-hoc assignments as assigned by Superior
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Diploma (Preferably in Law, legal studies, corporate secretarial practice or equivalent)
- Preferably 1-2 years of working experience as company secretary or contract management staff, paralegal or other experience in supporting legal team or in contracts preparations
- Experience in handling corporate documents, contracts and documentation for sales and purchase of commodities or other commercial contracts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, meticulous and able to work independently
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Highly ethical, discreet, and able to maintain confidentiality
- Proficient in MS Office applications
