Job Description

We are hiring a Technical Solutions Specialist to provide technical support in the ASEAN region. This role reports to a Regional Director.


As a Technical Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for:


  • Developing solutions and delivering compelling proof of concept demonstrations.
  • Planning and conducting trainings to channel partners and end-customers at a regional level.
  • Supporting regional trainings and events as needed.
  • Ensuring proposed solutions are best practice and in line with client requirements.
  • Managing the sales bid process by working closely with the sales team.
  • Working closely with sales teams to ensure successful closure of sales processes.
  • Liaising with Product Managers to provide feedback from clients about product requirements.
  • Keeping abreast of market trends and product competitor landscapes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:


  • A degree or diploma in engineering, information systems, or business administration.
  • At least five years of industry experience, including two or more years in sales engineering or consultancy.
  • Good knowledge of IT Network Infrastructure and Management.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) certification is an added advantage.
