Healthcare Consultant Job Description

VentureBlick is seeking a skilled Healthcare Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our global team, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution and timely delivery of healthcare projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the execution and delivery of client projects, ensuring they meet agreed timelines and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the global team to review and analyse client requirements, supporting the development of tailored proposals focused on tech scouting, expert insights, and healthcare market access services.
  • Contribute to the creation and structuring of reports, presentations, workshops, and other client deliverables.
  • Work closely with the global team to deliver high-quality client reports and presentations that align with client expectations.
  • Communicate project updates, findings, and recommendations to clients clearly and effectively.
  • Actively monitor project progress and maintain open communication with clients and team members to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Manage projects within incubation and acceleration programmes, working under the guidance of the leadership team to ensure effective design and execution.
  • Support the development and delivery of cross-border incubation and acceleration programmes for healthcare startups.
  • Assist in building relationships and facilitating connections between startups and key stakeholders, including clinicians, investors, corporate partners, and government agencies.
  • Contribute to the development of proposals to support the leadership team in securing new business opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a background in healthcare, life sciences or business management is a plus.
  • 3-5 years in a healthcare-focused consulting firm, project management role, or related position in healthcare or medtech industry
  • Experience in managing client projects, ideally within healthcare or medical device companies
  • Familiarity with incubators, accelerators, or innovation programmes is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute and deliver client projects successfully.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare medical device landscape, including healthcare providers, payers, regulatory environment, and industry challenges.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for driving growth and creating impactful business opportunities
