Patient Service Representative
About the Role:We are seeking a motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Patient Service Associate. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care services, including assisting visitors with inquiries, promoting mobile applications and self-help functions, and facilitating programs and logistics.
The role also involves managing patients' general enquiries, screening patients' general condition, and providing administrative support as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist and attend to visitors' enquiries
- Promote and educate patients on the use of mobile applications and self-help functions
- Facilitate and plan for programs, liaise with partnered vendors, plan for logistics and schedules
- Provide patient care services such as measurement of height, weight, and blood pressure
- Manage patients' general enquiries and screen patients' general condition
- Provide administrative support as and when required
