Exceptional Patient Care Specialist

Delivering exceptional patient care is the cornerstone of our Endoscopy unit's success. As a Senior/ Staff Nurse, your role will be pivotal in ensuring high-quality patient outcomes. Your key responsibilities will include maintaining open communication with doctors, patients, and their family members regarding patient updates, initiating timely treatment, monitoring medication doses, responding to medical emergencies, and providing personalized care throughout the recovery process.
Key Accountabilities:
- Deliver regular updates to doctors, patients, and their family members on patient progress.
- Begin treatment and monitor medication doses effectively.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and alert relevant doctors as needed.
- Care for patient needs throughout their recovery in the Endoscopy unit, addressing any concerns or requirements.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Develop and implement effective care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma / Degree in Nursing is essential.
- Proven work experience as an Endoscopy Nurse or similar role is highly desirable.
- A good understanding of health information structures and technology is necessary.
- Registration with the Singapore Nursing Board is mandatory.
