About the Role
The Sales and Promotions Associate will play a key role in driving sales and increasing customer engagement for FairPrice Group. This individual will work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute sales and promotions strategies that align with the overall category strategy and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of sales and promotions strategies that drive conversion and increase revenue.
- Understand the shopper journey to optimize promotions and campaigns at every stage of the buying process.
- Support the management of relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors and suppliers, to ensure timely and effective execution of campaigns and promotions.
- Analyze campaign performance data and make recommendations for future initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in FMCG/retailer industry.
- Proven experience in sales and promotions, with a track record of driving conversion and increasing revenue.
- Strong understanding of the shopper journey and ability to assist in the creation of personalized content that resonates with the target audience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Analytical skills to analyze campaign performance data and make recommendations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
