Seeking a highly skilled and motivated CRO Specialist to drive online sales growth and improve the overall customer experience. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CRO strategies, tools such as GA4, Hotjar, and Shopify analytics, and a proven track record of improving conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze user behavior across multiple platforms to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and execute A/B testing strategies to optimize product pages, landing pages, and checkout flows
  • Improve mobile and desktop experiences through data-driven design decisions
  • Create weekly reports summarizing learnings and recommendations
  • Collaborate closely with the founder and marketing team to ensure alignment with business goals

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in CRO (Shopify or DTC brands preferred)
  • Proven ability to improve conversion rates and average order value

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and mobile-first design
  • Data-driven approach with a focus on testing and experimentation
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
