**Job Description**:
Content & Social Media Management:

- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms to engage with our audience and increase brand visibility. Especially Facebook
- Compiling & create compelling and shareable content that aligns with our brand and resonates with our target demographic. Content should be tailored to each platform, engaging our audience with informative, appealing, and shareable material.
- Develop a content distribution strategy that maximizes the reach of content assets.
- Optimize content for SEO and collaborate with SEO specialists for improved organic reach.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly. This involves tracking metrics like reach, engagement, click-through rates, and conversion rates to assess the impact of our efforts.

Campaign Management:

- Plan, implement, and manage multimedia advertising campaigns to promote our immigration services. Understand our target audience and develop campaigns that resonate with their needs and aspirations in the immigration domain.
- Work closely with the creative team to design visually appealing ad creatives for digital and traditional media. Ensure that ad content is aligned with the company's messaging and branding guidelines.
- Efficiently allocate advertising budgets across different channels and campaigns. Monitor spending, analyze cost per acquisition (CPA), and adjust budgets as needed to maximize ROI.
- Regularly assess campaign performance by analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), including conversion rates, click-through rates, impressions, and cost per conversion. Prepare comprehensive reports to share insights and recommend improvements.

Public Relations (PR):

- Build and maintain positive relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners.
- Develop and distribute press releases, news articles, and media pitches to secure media coverage.
- Manage crisis communication and reputation management as needed.

Analytics and Reporting:

- Utilize marketing analytics tools to track and measure the performance of marketing efforts.
- Generate regular reports that provide insights into key metrics, campaign effectiveness, and ROI.
- Track key metrics such as website traffic, engagement, lead generation, and conversion rates.
- Use data to refine strategies, improve content quality and make informed marketing decisions.

Requirement:

- Online Savvy, high command of English written skill with excellent interpersonal skills Diploma and above preferred
- Proven experience in social media management, media campaign planning, and SEO optimization.
- Good work attitude and must be meticulous, organized, reliable and able to handle work pressure well
- Highly motivated, results-driven and confident individual
- Independent and able to work under minimum supervision
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
