About this Job:

JointHire Singapore Pte Ltd is a leading provider of power distribution and control systems. We are seeking an Operations Assistant to join our team and provide administrative support. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating delivery orders and invoices, answering phone calls, and coordinating with customers.

Duties:
- Generate delivery orders and invoices
- Answer phone calls and respond to sales inquiries via email or phone
- Coordinate with customers regarding delivery methods and payment
- Book flights and prepare travel requisitions for approval
- Record cheques and submit vendor invoices to accounts

Qualifications:
- At least O-level or ITE with admin experience
- Strong communication skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and over the phone
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Attention to detail

Perks:
- 5-days work week: 8.15am to 5.45pm
