Strategic Account Builder

Splunk is dedicated to delivering innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. As a Strategic Account Builder, you'll play a critical part in driving the growth and development of our Digital Sales organization in China.
About the RoleWe're seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team in China. In this role, you'll be responsible for building relationships with enterprise and mid-market businesses, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within assigned territories, and developing and executing targeted sales strategies to drive growth and revenue.
You'll need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral, in Mandarin and English. Proficiency in one or more South Asian languages would be greatly appreciated.
Key Responsibilities- Build relationships with enterprise and mid-market businesses in China
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
- Partner with Sales teams to build opportunities in existing customer and prospect accounts
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 1+ years of demonstrated ability selling or building pipeline for SaaS solutions
- Proven success applying specific solutions to address customer challenges and achieving desired outcomes
- Experience running a sales pipeline that coordinates and accurately supervises sales activities, customer interactions, and other signals key to generating predictable, efficient, and effective revenue
- Experience developing and driving effective account planning strategies to identify key decision-makers, understand customer needs, and tailor sales approaches accordingly
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in Mandarin and English
- Proficiency in one or more South Asian languages
