Job Title: Production Support Specialist

Job Summary:

This is a 1-year contract role under employment agency payroll, working in Changi Business Park. The job requires providing L1 production support for corporate internet banking, CDN, and monitoring system-related applications 24/7.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely support for corporate internet banking, CDN, and monitoring system-related applications 24/7.
  • Coordinate and support infrastructure maintenance activities to ensure seamless business operations.
  • Manage implementations of new application releases adhering to release management best practices.
  • Collaborate with various teams, including Peer Application Teams, Infrastructure, Vendors, Security, and Change teams, for effective business support.
  • Respond to production issues according to the Service Level Agreement with the Business.

Requirements:

  • Must be local and cleared both client security checks and pre-employment checks.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in IT production support, preferably in banking or financial services.
  • Familiarity with ticketing tools and monitoring tools.
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively across teams.
