Senior Manager Analytics

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our analytics team. This is a critical role that will be responsible for developing and executing our data-driven strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing team of analysts, data scientists, and engineers to deliver actionable insights and drive business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions that meet business needs.
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and make data-driven decisions.
  • Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
  • Communicate complex analytical findings to senior stakeholders and provide recommendations to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • At least 15 years of experience in analytics leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of delivering business value through data-driven strategies and solutions.
  • Strong understanding of data analytics tools and technologies, including SQL, Python, and Tableau.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to drive business growth and improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based analytics platforms and services.
  • Certification in data science or related field.
