Job Title:

Analytics Leader for Consumer Banking


Overview:

As a key member of the Consumer Banking team, you will lead our analytics efforts to drive business growth and customer engagement. You will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven strategies that inform product innovation and customer experience.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver insights that meet business needs and drive decision-making. Your expertise in analytics tools and techniques will be essential in unlocking value from large datasets and presenting findings in a clear and actionable manner.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute analytics strategies that align with business objectives

2. Lead and mentor a team of analysts to ensure high-quality outputs and timely delivery

3. Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver insights that meet business needs

4. Utilize statistical modeling and machine learning techniques to forecast demand and optimize revenue

5. Develop and maintain advanced analytics models to support business decisions


Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field

* 10+ years of experience in analytics leadership roles, preferably in Consumer Banking

* Strong expertise in analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau)

* Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex data insights

* Strong knowledge of statistical modeling, A/B testing, and customer segmentation
