Job Description

We are seeking an open-minded, proactive, and dynamic individual to join our team as an Assistant Producer / Trainee Producer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with pre-production management and time management.
  • Support duties on and off set of production.
  • Coordinate production facilities and talents for the shoot.
  • Liaise with clients and agencies on projects.
  • Develop concepts and ideas for projects.
  • Manage production timelines and client relationships.
  • Coordinate with editors and stakeholders on post-production matters.
Requirements:
  • 'Can do' attitude to problem-solving.
  • Proactive and positive individual.
  • Knowledge of the industry is preferred.
  • Understanding of digital marketing and interactive knowledge is preferred.
  • Production knowledge and experience is preferred.
  • Enthusiastic team player with a 'no task is too small' attitude.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Minimum Diploma in Film and Media studies or relevant fields of studies.
  • Strong communication and human relations skills.
  • Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, and Aftereffects is a plus.
