About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue, profit, and client satisfaction by working with the existing customer base and establishing new customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Proactively identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand existing client relationships
  2. Actively contribute to meeting sales targets and grow the company's corporate business, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional client experiences
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and objectives
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to establish a positive client experience through delivery excellence
  5. Provide overall leadership and management to sales, events, social media, and creative departments

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 3 years' experience in events, entertainment, advertising, or a related field
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  3. Strong written and presentation communication skills, with the ability to articulate business strategies and objectives
  4. Strong command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
  5. Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office
  6. Self-motivated, energetic, and a team leader, with the ability to work under pressure and deliver results
  7. Resourceful and responsible, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional client experiences
