Job Description

You will play a pivotal role in supporting cross-border innovation and startup acceleration activities between Singapore and China, as well as other international markets. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Program & Project Execution:
    • Support the planning and end-to-end execution of corporate innovation projects and cross-border acceleration programs.
  • Startup & Partner Engagement:
    • Facilitate collaboration among startups, corporates, investors, universities, and government stakeholders.
  • Research & Business Support:
    • Conduct market research, due diligence, and preliminary assessments for innovation projects and startups.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Innovation, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in consultancy, project management, stakeholder coordination, cross-border business development, or projects operation.
  • Strong bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (written and verbal).
  • Strong interpersonal communication, project management, organizational, and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Comfortable working across cultures and adapting to different business contexts.
  • Licensed to work in Singapore (Citizen, PR, or holder of a valid work pass).
