About the Binance Accelerator Program (BAP):
A 6-month immersive program designed for
early career professionals and recent graduates
to:
Gain real-world experience in the blockchain industry
Contribute to high-impact projects
Build a professional network
Develop technical and soft skills alongside mentorship
Collaborate with team members to test and deliver high-quality products.
Analyze business and technical requirements; design and document
test cases .
Execute
functional and regression tests , identify issues, and ensure timely resolution.
Track bugs and work with developers to fix them.
Create and run
automated test scripts
to improve QA efficiency.
Current university student or recent graduate in
Computer Science, Software Engineering , or related field.
Solid understanding of
QA principles , software testing methodologies, and industry terminology.
Hands-on experience with at least one programming language:
Java, Python , etc.
Familiarity with
Linux ,
cloud services , and
databases .
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to
communicate and collaborate
effectively in a fast-paced team.
Self-motivated with a
strong learning attitude and work ethic .
Bonus: Experience with
AI engineering ,
big data pipelines , or
middleware systems .
