**Job Summary**:
Lead the development and execution of innovative strategies, processes, and solutions that drive operational excellence across the region and in market. This role is responsible for leveraging market insights, fostering a culture of innovation, and ensuring effective adoption of new technologies to enhance service delivery and improve customer & client satisfaction across DKSH Healthcare. The Director will collaborate across teams to prioritize resources, identify high-impact opportunities, and accelerate continuous improvement initiatives.
**General Responsibilities**:
- Market Insights and Competitive Analysis:
- Continuously monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and influence the development of solutions that enhance competitive positioning.
- Innovation and Solution Development:
- Lead cross-functional teams to ideate, design, and develop cutting-edge processes and services.
- Champion and build capability in CI methodologies and techniques, share best practice
- Lead and implement pilot programs and scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Prioritization and Resource Allocation:
- Drive the prioritization of continuous improvement initiatives based on business impact, ROI, and strategic alignment.
- Optimize resource allocation to ensure high-priority projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to secure necessary investments and resources for high-impact initiatives.
- Technology Adoption and Implementation:
- Champion the adoption of emerging technologies that can enhance processes and service delivery.
- Oversee the integration and deployment of new tools and systems, ensuring successful implementation and user adoption.
- Monitor and assess the impact of technology on business outcomes, driving further improvements where necessary.
Leadership:
- Act as a thought leader, inspiring innovation across the organization by sharing market trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Lead organizational change management efforts, ensuring smooth transitions as new processes, systems, and tools are introduced.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product development, customer service, and technology to drive seamless execution of strategic initiatives.
- Selection and appointment of respective direct reports and establishing KPIs with regular assessment of all performance levels.
**Functional Skills and Knowledge**:
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to align continuous improvement efforts with broader business goals and market dynamics.
- Project Management: Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional initiatives with competing priorities.
- Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills to drive insights from market data, customer feedback, and operational metrics.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to tackle complex challenges by developing innovative and practical solutions.
- Change Management: Skilled in leading large-scale transformation and ensuring stakeholder buy-in and adoption.
- Market and Competitive Analysis: Deep understanding of industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Innovation Management: Expertise in driving the development and implementation of new solutions, services, and technologies.
- Process Improvement Methodologies: Proficient in Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement frameworks.
**Education**:
- Relevant University Degree and/or MBA.
- Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma (Black Belt), or equivalent process improvement methodologies (preferred).
**Work experience**:
- 10+ years of experience in leading continuous improvement programs, with a strong focus on process optimization, Lean, Six Sigma, or other operational excellence methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement process improvements that have resulted in measurable efficiency gains, cost reductions, or enhanced customer & client satisfaction.
- Experience in managing end-to-end transformation projects, including project scoping, execution, and post-implementation monitoring.
- Experience in establishing and nurturing a culture of innovation within organizations, encouraging experimentation and creative problem-solving.
- Strong background in managing cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions that align with business objectives.
- Demonstrated capability to lead change management efforts, ensuring successful transitions as new processes, tools, or systems are introduced.
