  • Prepare and manage import/export shipping documentation for land, air, and sea freight.
  • Liaise with forwarding agents, clients, and the warehouse to ensure timely delivery of goods and manage billing.
  • Handle client inquiries, including shipment tracking, and address administrative tasks related to air and sea operations.
  • Provide quotations, process sales orders, and manage invoicing for international shipments.
  • Generate sales reports, maintain price lists, and update the sales team on market trends and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with external customers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure seamless logistics operations.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or higher in Logistics/Supply Chain or related field.
  • Background in import and export shipping documentation with 1-3 years of experience (ability to liaise with land, air, and sea freight forwarders).
  • Proficiency in Mandarin (for communication with Chinese counterparts).
  • Ability to commute to the Tuas area long-term.
  • Familiarity with international shipping regulations, customs requirements, and INCOTERMS.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and detail-oriented skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Microsoft Dynamics NAV 365, and document control.
  • Good customer service skills; knowledge of HS codes and Strategic Goods Control is a plus.
