Job Title: Operational Excellence Specialist

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic operational initiatives that enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

  • Develop and implement process improvements to drive business growth, reduce costs, and optimize supply chain performance.

  • Lead projects aimed at enhancing operational capabilities, improving stakeholder engagement, and driving innovation within the organization.

  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and alignment on operational goals and objectives.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for operational improvement and innovation.

  • Support the development of operational policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization.

  • Contribute to the creation of a culture of continuous learning, improvement, and innovation within the operational team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in operations management, project management, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of operational principles, practices, and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
