Senior Engineer - Process Integration Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Senior Engineer to lead the development and integration of innovative process solutions in our cutting-edge R&D department.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in semiconductor technology, data analysis, and problem-solving, with excellent communication skills and experience working in cross-functional teams.

  • Achieve ownership of one or more process modules related to the development and operation of 3D NAND semiconductor integrated circuits.
  • Define structural specifications and process requirements for assigned modules, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide strategic direction and vision for the module, driving continual improvement through proactive issue resolution and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design experiments, extract insights from data, and develop effective solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Module Ownership: Lead one or more process modules related to the development and operation of 3D NAND semiconductor integrated circuits.
  • Specification Definition: Define structural specifications and process requirements for assigned modules.
  • Strategic Direction: Provide strategic direction and vision for the module, driving continual improvement through proactive issue resolution and performance optimization.
  • Team Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design experiments, extract insights from data, and develop effective solutions.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of semiconductor technology, data analysis, and problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience working in cross-functional teams.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, preferably in Process Areas or Process Integration.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in scripting/programming/engineering/business intelligence/Analytics software, such as Python, SolidWorks, Tableau, Power BI.
  • In-depth knowledge and direct experience with non-volatile memories (NAND) along with good understanding of the NAND process flow, the interaction of process & device, common yield & reliability issues.

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, or a related field.
