Job Summary

As an Interior Designer, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with our experienced designers in creating world-class designs for discerning clients.

  • Deliver high-quality services and solutions on time.
  • Support design implementation by working closely with lead designers and teams.
  • Transform creative ideas into functional design concepts that meet clients' objectives.
  • Provide space planning and design conceptualization services.
  • Liaise with clients on quotation and design matters.
  • Prepare layout plans, perspective drawings, elevation plans, and dimensional drawings.
  • Present designs to clients for approval.
  • Prepare design documentations and material selections.
  • Work closely with project teams, suppliers, sub-contractors, and clients during construction phases.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Retail and Commercial interior design environments.
  • Strong design sensibility and technical ability to develop projects from concept to execution.
  • Excellent technical design skills for fixtures with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in key design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, VectorWorks, 3D Studio Max, Illustrator, VRay, and Photoshop.
  • Hands-on experience in producing detail drawings and 3D modeling.
  • Good knowledge of architectural production standards, detailing, building materials, building codes, and construction.
  • Knowledge of space planning and technical design from approved design schematic.
  • Creative, resourceful, and able to think outside the box.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent presentation skills and verbal and written communication skills.
