We are seeking an experienced Insurance Account Services Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate clients, providing administration support, and ensuring seamless client interactions.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, including data entry, maintenance, and reporting.
  • Prepare monthly and ad-hoc client reporting requirements, highlighting key performance indicators and trends.
  • Support the department in administrative duties, such as contract renewals, upselling services, and drafting documentation.
  • Conduct communication sessions and sales pitches to promote services and products to clients.
Requirements
  • Diploma or degree in a relevant discipline with 1-2 years of working experience.
  • Medical insurance knowledge is an added advantage.
  • Prior experience in client servicing is highly valued.
  • Detailed-oriented and proficient in handling complex data in MS Excel.
