We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Engagement Coordinator. This role will be responsible for designing and implementing employee engagement initiatives that drive cultural excellence across the organization.

Job Description

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on our employees' experience and well-being. You will work closely with the Senior Executive (Employee Experience & Culture) to design and implement creative graphics and written communications that enhance employee engagement and strengthen culture.

You will also be responsible for coordinating and implementing employee engagement initiatives and activities, such as orientation programs, employee wellness activities/events, corporate volunteering activities, and townhalls.

Additionally, you will assist in the planning and coordination of logistics and the roll-out of activities, events, and programs to ensure they are professionally managed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design creative graphics using applications such as Canva to accompany written communications.
  • Coordinate and implement employee engagement initiatives and activities.
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of logistics and the roll-out of activities, events, and programs.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to have strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate smoothly with internal stakeholders and external service providers.

You should also be a self-directed individual with strong writing and design skills, and experience with design applications such as Canva is preferred.

A diploma in Business/Business Administration/Communications/Marketing or higher qualification is required.
