Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Programme Manager to lead our education team. As a Programme Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of our education programmes, including curriculum development, teaching delivery, and student support.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Education or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in the education sector. You should also have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of educators.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing new programmes and courses
  • Managing programme budgets and resources
  • Recruiting, training, and managing programme staff
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
