The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of academic governance, student affairs, and programme management, along with knowledge of Singapore's higher education ecosystem.

Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably with a finance or administration background.
  • At least 12-15 years of experience in higher education, with 5+ years in a senior leadership or cross-functional management role.
  • Proven ability to lead complex academic and administrative portfolios with strategic impact.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
