About the Role
The Career Education Manager plays a pivotal role in enhancing students' career readiness and employment outcomes. This senior position supports the Career Education team in advancing NTU's mission through strategic planning, development, implementation, and continuous enhancement of large-scale career education programmes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Programme Management
    • Lead the strategic planning, execution, and evaluation of credit-bearing career courses, online modules, and booster workshops.
  • Programme Development
    • Design and continuously improve career education programmes that are relevant to industry and student development needs.
  • Stakeholder Collaborations
    • Build and lead strong partnerships with internal teams and external providers to deliver high-quality career programmes and workshops.

Requirements
A recognized degree with at least 10 years' experience in programme administration and implementation, education management, learning and development, preferably in higher education or large-scale corporate training settings.
