Job Title: Renovation Contractor

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Renovation Contractor to manage restaurant renovations from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, project management, and team leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise subcontractors and ensure high-quality workmanship.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and variations to meet client expectations.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of electrical (EMA), plumbing (PUB), air-con (NEA) regulations.
  • Experience with waterproofing, tiling, flooring, carpentry/joinery, and civil & structural basics.
  • Licensing and compliance knowledge, including BCA, SCDF, NEA, PUB, EMA, and URA/landlord permits.
