Project Manager (Renovation)

We are seeking experienced renovation project managers to oversee restaurant renovations end-to-end, requiring a strong understanding of electrical, plumbing, and air-conditioning systems.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of subcontractors, ensuring quality and safety checks are completed throughout the project.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and variations with effective stakeholder coordination and approvals.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant regulations, including BCA, SCDF, NEA, PUB, EMA, and URA/landlord permits.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with civil and structural basics, including walls, ceilings, and partitions.
  • Knowledge of waterproofing, tiling, flooring, and carpentry/joinery techniques.
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and quantity surveying.
