Job Title: Site Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to manage the planning, coordination, and execution of renovation projects.

  • Overall project planning, daily management and supervision of renovation works from start till handover.
  • Project supervision ensuring timely completion, quality control and customer satisfaction.
  • Building strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Providing expert advice on suitable solutions, services and ideas based on clients' needs and requests.
  • Scheduling work trades to ensure smooth site coordination and efficient project delivery.
  • Keeping project directors and clients informed of project status, timeline and progress.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in managing interior renovation projects with proven track record of successful project completions.
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience preferred.
  • Relevant education or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup and Photoshop is advantageous.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Independent, energetic and presentable.
