Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Renovation Expert to oversee restaurant renovations from start to finish.

This role involves managing projects across Singapore, working closely with subcontractors, and ensuring timely completion within budget.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of construction, electrical, plumbing, and civil & structural basics. They should also possess strong project management skills, including stakeholder coordination and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise subcontractors and ensure high-quality workmanship
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and variations effectively
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and obtain necessary approvals
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in construction, electrical, plumbing, and civil & structural work
  • Strong project management and coordination skills
  • Knowledge of WSH, Fire Safety, and MOM regulations
