
Public Sector Business Developer

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Public Sector Business Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with relevant governmental institutions and agencies.
You will identify and assess potential business opportunities leveraging our assets and capabilities with regional/market institutions and agencies. You will develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at governmental institutions and agencies relevant to our public sector business.
You will oversee the development and submission of proposals, bids, quotations, and RFP responses that describe our products and services in response to requests from prospective governmental institutions.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and assessing potential business opportunities leveraging our assets and capabilities with regional/market institutions and agencies
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers at governmental institutions and agencies relevant to our public sector business
- Overseeing the development and submission of proposals, bids, quotations, and RFP responses
- Developing proposals for applications to relevant governmental funds
- Building partnerships with other organizations to increase success chances
- Monitoring project progress ensuring all requirements are met
- Reporting project results and identifying future business opportunities
- Coordinating technical and procedural aspects of proposals
- Collaborating with internal contributors and subject matter experts in proposal preparation
- Managing internal approval processes and addressing escalations
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- 5+ years experience in business development in the Public Sector, focusing on regional governmental institutions and agencies
- Experience in proposal management within a multinational enterprise
- Experience with public tenders and procurement processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Ability to handle pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks
