Key Responsibilities:
  • Broaden and deepen relationships with key clients, serving as their trusted advisor and advocate.
  • Strategize and plan projects in collaboration with clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate various teams involved in project execution, including sales, marketing, and delivery, to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Effectively manage project budgets, optimizing resource allocation to maximize project success and profitability.
  • Work closely with clients to define project milestones and deliverables, tracking progress and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Proactively address client concerns and challenges, seeking opportunities to exceed client expectations and drive long-term satisfaction.
  • Discover and generate new business from existing clients.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the IT industry, with a proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and driving project success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire and motivate teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen understanding of client needs and market trends.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and techniques, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
